Mr. Gislon received his degree in Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
He began his career in 1990 at the U.S. company Du Pont de Nemours, and in the following years, with increasing responsibilities in the administration, finance and control departments within multinational groups as MAN (Germany), ITW (U.S.), Alstom (France), covering the functions of Administration Manager and Financial Controller.
He followed all the related fulfillments in accounting, tax, administration, social security, and was particularly focused on managing control, budgeting, reporting (U.S. GAAP), cost accounting, bills of material.
He was a Financial Director in a start-up creating a network of service shops in franchising, managing all the typical matters of a similar company: business plan, cash-flow, contracts, implementing the ITC architecture and setting the administrative procedures.
Since 2004 he is the Financial Controller at Marietti, Gislon e Trupiano, one of the main IP firms in Milan. He supervises the administrative, human resources and general affairs areas. He also provides trademarks and patents evaluations.
He is fluent in English and French.
